Mike is an excellent trainer, and he has great skills and instincts as a stretch and physical therapist. Workouts are rigorous and effective, subject to the client’s physical limitations and desires. If a client is injured or has some other physical “issues,” Mike designs a workout / stretch regimen which addresses the impacted area(s). "I have been receiving Stretch Therapy for about 2 years now and would recommend to anyone who has suffered with chronic pain. I had back surgery 9 year ago for a ruptured disc at L5, S1. The surgery was uneventful but as time went on (and I got older )and I continued with my active sports schedule, I started to have chronic pain, inflammation and immobility of certain joints. My stretch sessions help alleviate all the above. It is not a cure but I feel better and I do not need to take any medication. "I was referred to Kimberly for an ongoing shoulder issue by a friend. The issue left me in constant pain, and I had completed physical therapy with no relief. Kimberly listened to my issue from the start and unlike the doctor that did the shoulder surgery, she did not tell me, "It is fine and nothing is wrong."
As my shoulder improved, Kimberly began to help me with another issue. I had to have a total hip replacement at the age of 45. It left me without the ability to run, even after many attempts and advisement from the surgeon not to. Gradually I improved as she helped with stretch. My joint. the pain, and ability to move in a run motion began to improve. I was able to complete a half iron! It was not soon after that the decision was made to join friends in the first Texas Ironman. I consulted with Kimberly knowing she was a key factor to my recent success She understood my reoccurring issues in my hip and devised a plan to target the area for the up and coming challenges. I began Pilates weekly with her, and I know today it was key in my success! I felt the retraining of my muscles and my legs.
